I missed that the other night but I saw the documentary about Clough after it. Pretty interesting.

You need to watch it, very good but a lot of the content may be before your time somewhat?

Apparently the book caused quite a bit of outrage from certain parties and they took out injunctions etc. against their "parts" being used and when the film was made it tried to account for this. I "think" this is why certain people did not feature prominently in the film, for example Charlton was not one of the main characters in the film nor was he mentioned much at all. I think he took umbrage to some of the book's content?

I started to watch it, but didn't finish it, wish I had as I was actually enjoying a film that didn't involve car chases or guns or throats being ripped out (unless that was some alternate ending)

Maybe it took the Inglorious Basterds method of accurate representation of historical events.

Chloe

Both Julianne Moore and more importantly Amanda Seyfried get their kit off in this and it is a watchable yarn.

Finally saw Inception last night. Was very impressed.

Obviously Memento and Batman Begins/Dark Night are all fucking brilliant so tough to follow up.

Always been a big fan of DiCaprio and he delivers very well in the leading role. My only downer for the film is by making it a 12 and having a complex story you end up with snippets of narrative where they really slowly and obviously explain everything so the little 12 year old spaz's can understand what is happening.

Definitely worth seeing and the film builds gradually really well with the last 30 mins being fucking brilliant.

I can't wait to see Inception. It's possibly gonna end up being the highest rated film on IMDb at this rate.

RTM, you said you WANTED to see Toy Story 3. scratch

Also, I watched Inception today. It was really good, and like mcteeth says, the last half an hour or so was brilliant.

It's apparently not very good. But then neither was the first. Or the second. Etc.

You're too young to appreciate the first one as a childhood favourite. It's a super kids' film, and totally original at the time, so I totally disagree with that comment.
